This is quite interesting. Flybikes Tripod system is being rolled out across Odyssey, Proper, Fly (obviously) and numerous other brands over the coming months. James Covington reviewed the various systems and Tripod came out the winner. Unless of course you have the best part of £100 to drop on Thomson seat post.

Damn this custom wheel set is crazy! GSport Birdcage rims laced to Titanium upgraded Proper hubs via Odyssey Race Spokes and GSport hex taper nipples.

The front wheel weighs 818g and the rear 966g. They don’t feel real yet they’re both strong and stiff.

Remember, we can offer any combination of rims (Odyssey, GSport, Sunday, Fly, Proper, Season or Ilegal), hubs (Odyssey, GSport, Sunday, Fly, Proper, or Season), and spokes (Odyssey, Proper, or Ilegal) and we’ll build them stiff, true, and free of charge (if all the parts come from us).

Big congratulations to our man Gary Young for winning X-Games Gold in Barcelona. Couldn’t happen to a nicer fella.

Gary is the one dude you can rely on to flow every inch of the course without peddling or brake checks and with a solid selection of tricks. It’s amazing that the judges at a major contest recognized this. Long overdue!! Sergio Layos followed a similar path and took forth!
